Suwanee, Ga has always been home to me. I have lived in Suwanee ever since I was a little girl and I could not have asked for a better home. Throughout my 18 years of life I have lived in Suwanee, it has never failed to personally bring me joy and comfort. The schools in the local Suwanee area are more than top of the list and the people of Suwanee are always friendly and sincere. Suwanee is a safe environment for anyone whether you are searching for a new home to start a family or just somewhere to feel the comfort of your neighbors. Suwanee will always be home to me, and I would not have it any other way!
As a teen in the area, I love how walkable and safe Suwanee is. My parents feel comfortable letting me be out with my friends or walking around downtown Suwanee by myself between dance classes. The police force is friendly, connected with the community, and visible. There are always events going on, including farmers markets which I am extremely excited for with the extension of them into the winter months. The park systems meet a wide range of needs, the city staff are acessable and friendly, and there is always something great happening!
I love Suwanee! I grew up in this town, and it was the perfect place to raise kids. It has a great town center with ice cream, shops, and restaurants. The schools are highly rated and very diverse providing many opportunities for the students. It is only ten minutes from the Mall of Georgia, and 35 minutes from Atlanta. The Suwanee police are very friendly and kind. I always feel safe in Suwanee whether I am at one of the many great parks or running errands around town. Cost of living seems pretty average to me. The only thing I would change is the amount of things to do at night. Besides going to the movies, there is not much to do after dinner time.
