My first year in Suwanee, Georgia has been an enjoyable experience. What I enjoy, are all the diverse cafe's like Cafe Mixx or Caffe Bean. There are many diverse grocery shops that are accessible everywhere in the city like H-Mart, Suwanee Bazar, or just your local sprouts. The have shops accessible all around, and yummy restaurants that serve gourmet. Suwanee is full of diverse food, shops, and people. Usually going out somewhere fun is hard because it's hard to find a nice place, or its too far. However, Suwanee has something fun everywhere, which makes it a happy place to be everywhere in the city!
Overall, I am extremely grateful to have grown up in Suwanee for the entirety of my life. Geography-wise, Suwanee has a good balance of park spaces with city suburb life. There are beautiful green spaces (such as Suwanee Town Center) that are not too overshadowed by the constant busyness. My only true complaint is the fact that it has continually grown more and more expensive. Many people come to Suwanee because of its school districts and available education. However, this high competition is sometimes frustrating when prices continue to rise as well as become more crowded population-wise. I have grown up in a single-parent household, so the expensive living has always been present while living here. The community, though, that we have around us has always been of great help and we are more than happy when we return that to others in our "village".
Great area with a lot of businesses, restaurants, and fun things to do! Incredibly safe and diverse and has wonderful opportunities available for all.
