I like sunrise manor because It's a nice cummunity has lots of parks great schools and I lived there for almost all my life so it's a great area to be at
Sunrise Manor is a community filled with Latinos. There are many Hispanic restaurants and parks to enjoy with family.
It is a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the Las Vegas Strip. When in Sunrise Manor you forget that you are in Sin City because it feels like just an average American town.
Each neighborhood is different. Mine is quiet and the neighbors are great. It's close to shopping and dining. Not far from the strip.
The resources of this area are beginning to decline and because of that, it has become harder to live here. It is not a bad place, but it is always under construction and only to repair and not necessarily advance.
it is a nice neighborhood everyone is freindly ,they are easy to talk to the safety of this area has alot of safety
It's right next to a high school which was helpful scholastic wise and with it being gated made my family feel safer.
I like sunrise manor. I've grown up in this entire and most people are fairly nice. One thing I would change is the safety. I think there should be more police and they should be better at responding to calls. Apart from that, this is an average town.
I have been living here for more than 10 years. Some may say that it's a bad part of town just because of its immense diversity. I've truly loved living here and have met great people in this town.
I lived in Sunrise Manor for five plus years. I would have to commute to everything I would want to do. Very little healthy living opportunities
The suburb is located on the eastern part of Las Vegas and is relatively quiet when it comes to crime. The place has many mountains on the edge of town that are good for rock climbing. The only issue with the suburb is that it is hot and it doesn't rain a lot. but one the "bright side," the place is almost always sunny.
Sunrise Manor has always been a comfortable place to live for my family and I because it just feels like home. It has its hidden gems within it's outdated shopping centers and definitely some amazing communities that get overlooked due to the side of town it is on.
It's not bad but its not the best, a lot of people get robbed and its noisy
I don't like this neighborhood . But I don't like east las vegas in general
There has been more crime here lately. The police are visible but not easily accessible. I feel pretty safe during the day but at night i'll definitely not be strolling around by myself. Drivers can get somewhat crazy.
Seems to be getting worse each night but police tend be very responsive and help out as much as they can.
