In Las Vegas, a city full of money, residents generally live in their socioeconomic bracket. As a college student living with her fiance, we have shared income, but it is limited, like most people our age, so we live in a 3-star apartment, not in the worst neighborhood to the point we worry of being attacked after dark, but I definitely would not leave the door unlocked. There are schools, grocery stores, and access to the main roads very close to this area. It is geographically central Las Vegas and is full of people. I would not live here again if I had the option to move into a better place in my budget; however, as a young adult living on her own, this is the best find for our dollars. I think this area will continue to evolve with the growing generation living in apartments and saving their money, but it will require a drastic aesthetic change in order to not become the "ghetto" of the middle class.

This area isn't anything grand or spectacular, but it is a convenient area because there are grocery stores within a few miles in every direction, schools are also close by, and there are community centers just as close as the schools. I would come back after college and live in this area again. It is an area I have grown up in my whole life. The residents are friendly, but there are some unusual, rude ones, but that is to be expected since we do not live in a perfect worlds. The violence rate is low to none in my opinion. The education in low, but I make the best with my experience there. In the future, I see this area staying constant as it's always been.
I like sunrise manor. I've grown up in this entire and most people are fairly nice. One thing I would change is the safety. I think there should be more police and they should be better at responding to calls. Apart from that, this is an average town.
