The resources of this area are beginning to decline and because of that, it has become harder to live here. It is not a bad place, but it is always under construction and only to repair and not necessarily advance.

This may not be the perfect or best looking neighborhood, but honestly it really can be pretty safe and even just a nice place to live with possibilities in the community or even to build your own little community.
Each neighborhood is different. Mine is quiet and the neighbors are great. It's close to shopping and dining. Not far from the strip.
