Totally sucks. Rules, but only if you are one of the board loudmouths. Mismanaged. We will be losing a bundle to get the hell out of here, but worth it!

First of all NO public schools. This is a retirement community built by Robson. It's full of grumpy people who do nothing but complain. Sun Lakes has mostly mid-westerners and Canadians looking for winter amenities. No diversity and no openmindedness to it.
