About 5 years ago, my wife and I began investing in buying a potential “retirement” home. We rented that home and eventually bought two more. Last year when our jobs “dried up,” we decided to move into the largest of those homes. WE LOVE IT! This community is wonderful and has something for everyone. All of our visitors regardless of age love the Community Center. They all envision themselves living here. People call this place “Paradise,” and I can see why. We live here all year round and we have learned to love the summers. It’s consistent, just like summer is suppose to be. I’ve spent more humid days in the northeast than here in the Tampa Bay area. We love it here!

I love the slower pace outside of the city and the location in regards to our commute to the ocean. This is my first time living in a big area like this and I am impressed so far!
Excellent city in the Tampa Bay area. Most of the population are 60 years or older. With the community for retirees, its a very nice community. I enjoy the people in Sun City Center. There are jobs in the community for those who are interested in the health care field. I have been part of the Brookdale Senior Living community which is located in Sun City Center for two years as Certified Nurses Assistant. It is also just right distance of drive to my job everyday. It has been a wonderful experience.
