      Lovely neighborhood with well kept houses and friendly people. Old world Florida charm meets nature’s beautiful quiet countryside. Low taxes conveniently located to 589 and US 19. Great local stores and restaurants and quick trip to Spring Hill for all box stores and restaurant you could ever want. 1 hour from Tampa Intl Airport. Close to boating and the Gulf !

      It's a safe neighborhood for adults and families with young children. Not the best area for teens and young adults, there is not much to do.
      I like that Sugarmill Woods is a deed restricted community with a HOA. However, they could relax on some of their rules and regulations.
