It has a high crime rate, but the people are cool. The city (and state) are increasingly being over-priced by people from California and other high tax states who are now turning it into the West Coast. I am personally moving to the East Coast (NYC) because at least their prices are high because there are things to do every day. Here? Your paying to look at a mountain and smoke pot.
It has a good location in the city, but it is high crime and lots of noise pollution. Being by the county jail and a prison, this is where the city dumps it's problems.
Stratmoor is a well-established neighborhood, that has diverse wildlife running around daily. On average you will see at least one rabbit a day, one deer a week, and one bear a month. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains, and is conveniently located near everything.
