Stover is a very tiny town- it's great if you're looking for an affordable place to live, but not for much else.

Stover is a small town with so many friendly people. Even with it's smaller school district students are able to thrive and become whatever their hearts desire.
It's a small town with a lot of drugs and poverty and is located in the middle of nowhere. I just would not move anywhere in Morgan County.
