      Story City is a wonderful little town in Iowa! We have one school district here and since the town is so small, everyone basically knows each other. We have a downtown with shops, restaurants, a theatre, library, and more. Everyone is this community is supportive of each other and we have fun things like Scandinavian Days in the summer. We have parks and a trail or two. I've lived here my whole life and I love it. It is a great place to raise kids. (Very safe)

      Stroy City is a small community, that has that small town freindliness and its a short commute to Des Moines and Ames.
      A bit small but a very functional and cute small town that is near to everything you could need in Ames (10 miles away).
