Stevenson ranch is an awesome place to live, friendly neighborhood, the school is superb( 10/10). Safe, with a great park and trail area. Close enough to downtown Los Angeles and to recreational theme parks too( six flags, universal and more). A great place to live!

Stevenson Ranch is a great and safe area to raise a family. There are a variety of great public schools within the different neighbors and ultimately provides students with good and free education. It is a clean and safe area that I would highly recommend!
Stevenson Ranch is a neighborhood every family should consider when buying a house. It is located near Valencia and has great access to huge shopping centers and restaurants. Houses are modern and large in this neighborhood, and there are wonderful public high schools nearby. It is very safe and quite modern though it is located in a suburb area. Personally, I thick it deserves an overall grade of 8.5 out of 10.
