Stafford is a very small town just south of Houston. It's very family friendly, the area isn't too congested, and it's like everyone knows everyone in the community. There's malls, arcades, and fun hangout spots to enjoy with friends or family. If you're a small town type of person, this is the city for you!

Stafford is a relatively small suburb outside of Houston, which is great because everything in Stafford is in close proximity to you. Southwest Freeway runs through the middle of Stafford, making access in or out a breeze. If there were more decent apartment complexes in Stafford, it would be an excellent place to live. There are more residential neighborhoods with houses, which is a great option for families. Stafford has its own school district, with all schools conveniently located in the same area. It's a cozy, easy place to adjust to. Stafford is also known as "the city with no city property taxes."
No property tax and a long-sitting mayor make Stafford an affordable, enjoyable place to live. Santa drives around the neighborhoods with the firemen every Christmas, the food is fantastic, and its location between major highways makes getting anywhere around the greater Houston metro super easy.
