I liked Saint Louis Park as it is very eco-friendly and contains plenty of places outside to enjoy. There are bike lanes in nearly every street so it is very easy to begin using your bike rather than your car. There's also a sense of community as everyone wants the best for each other, guiding people to healthier lifestyles and helping whenever in need. There is an abundance of parks to take children or even places to just workout when you need to get fit. Saint Louis Park is also a hot zone for local businesses that are cheap and delicious so you don't have to worry about going far to enjoy something. It's a suburb and once you step in and experience the outdoors, you will feel a sense of belonging. The only con is that some parks are very limited and don't contain much but other than that, everything is close, stores and all.

St. Louis Park has a great school system, strong community, and good diversity. Within the city limits, there are over 61 languages spoken among the residents. In the school system, there is a Spanish immersion elementary school, and the Spanish program continues until graduation from the high school. As for the community, there are many events throughout the year for all ages and interests. In the summer, there is an annual ice cream social at Wolf Park. This event is designed to experience life in the park, which is the town motto. Experiencing life in the park also applies to the many green spaces in the city; there is at least one park in every neighborhood, which includes the Westwood Hills nature center. In the summer, there are day-camp programs for children to learn about the environment. Last but not least, the location of St. Louis Park is definitely a plus: the proximity to the cities opens many opportunities to explore a wide range of entertainment.
St. Louis Park is a wonderful suburb of Minneapolis. After living in St. Louis Park for only a short period of time I new that I would like to spend the next few years here. From activities to do after work or on the weekends there are many things to do during all seasons!
