St. Leo has been overall a great experience for my. I have enjoyed getting my education at Saint Leo University, which is a beautiful campus. I have made connections within the community and have experienced events that are special to this little town! The rattlesnake festival can’t be found anywhere else, and it is always an event I look forward to.

The area is quiet. Near a university campus. A small town, sometimes difficult to find activities to do in the immediate area. There are close neighboring towns.
The atmosphere of where I grew up is a rural small town that is continuing to grow. I have pictures of myself in diapers with people that I still know in college. I love this area because it's rural and I am not crammed with thousands of people around me and I'm not stuck in traffic all of the time. I grew up on 50+ acres with horses and other animals and it made my childhood for me. I would choose to live here if I could do it all over again, because I learned a lot from growing up where I did. I am down to earth because of growing up in Dade City. This is not the smallest town and it's not the fanciest but it's home. The future is bright for this town because it's contenting to grow on a daily basis. Many people from the local big cities are starting to move this way because of the lands beauty and space. There are more homes coming and more construction on the roads and highways has begun. It'll be sad to see it grow, but good at the same time to see its potential.
