Springfield Township Reviews
The people in this neighborhood are very supportive and very good helpers. One day my father's truck broke down and we couldnt figure out why until our neighbor came over and told us his break pads were wore off. When he told us this my dad said, " I dont know how to do that." Thanks to the man being as nice as he was he helped my father right away. Crime is not really a problem in this area espically since the Springfied Township police is only a 3 minute drive away. There has been a new Save A Lot, Artisan ( new coffee shop), and 2 pizza resturants ( Eldorados and Little Cesars) opening not to far from here which gives more employment. There is also Goodyear Headquarters 6 minutes away that has been hiring lately. Where ever you go in a 10 minute radius there is grocery stores, resturant, gas stations, and many more necessities around. The home values have sadly been increasing but everywhere has been increasing in price due to the bad economical problems in our country. From my previous statement you could probably guess that the government isn't very good in this area but for how bad our economy is I believe they have tried there very best. The best part of this neighborhood is that there is very good schooling now matter what school you go to around this area. There is Springfield High School, Field High School, Ellet High School, Hoban High school, and Mogadore High School. I am now recieving my diploma at Field High School and from what I have seen since I have been there I believe the teachers are very good at keeping on task but do know when they need to make it entertaining for the students. The athletics for Field High School are also very good for softball (won conference 3 years in a row), girls tennis (won conference this year), boys golf (won confernce this year), cross country (won conference and had a boy go to states and place 15th), track and field ( boys have went undefeated in the conference for years), and wresling (boy got 3rd in states).
Every business is in excellent condition, people are friendly, crime is low and everyone seems to care about each other. Large variety of choices to shop from discount to up scale, lot of choices.
Plenty job opportunities in the area, see job wanted signs posted as i drive by, factories near by and restaurants near by. Most people work at nearby factories or restaurants.
