Weather is not usually something that concerns people around here. Snow storms and thunderstorms can cause poor driving conditions and on occasion flooding, but that i the only real danger that occurs from weather in the area.

I grew up here, and it is one of my favorite places in the world. Almost no crime, really good schools that prepared me well, close enough to Philly to do things but far enough away to be different as well. Within 20-30 minutes you can be in Philly and the rest of the time you can be in an idyllic place really.
There's no neighborhood watch, but the police are very responsive to calls. There is also a minimal amount of crime which means that police officers are generally not used to much more than giving out speeding tickets.
