Spring Valley Reviews
Nice neighborhood close to the Vegas strip, T-Mobile arena, and soon to be Raiders stadium. Appx 7 miles to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Also close to grocery stores, gas stations library and many other shopping opportunities.
Plenty of shops, services, and parks. Diverse array of small business. Close to China Town. 7 minute drive to the Strip. 10 minutes to Downtown or Summerlin. Centrally located, low cost of living, and safe neighborhoods!
Spring Valley is a really bright and clean place compared to the rest of the city in Las Vegas. It is a huge neighborhood and really safe. I really like this neighborhood!
