Spring Hill Reviews
Spring Hill is a beautiful, well-preserved town. This is a place where you can live peacefully your whole life and not worry about any violence or crime! In this town, there's plenty of houses to chose from and jobs available for the ones who are in need of steady income. There are various parks, restaurants and also the Weeki Wachee river (a very popular tourist attraction) is available for the people who live in Spring Hill and for the people that come visit. You can say the Weeki Wachee river is the hotshot of the main attractions in Spring Hill. During the three years that I've lived here, I've come to the conclusion that this town is a work in progress. There are many restaurants to chose from and a few parks to go to but the town needs more entertainment... something that excites the people. But like I said, this town is a work in progress, and every day they're adding more and more to this beautiful town.
Growing up in Tampa I moved to Spring Hill when we were expecting our first child. The area is a lot like the outskirts of Tampa, Quite neighborhoods, with decent size properties. They are even many empty lots ready to be built on all over if interested in building new. I like the access to all the stores of a big city, without the traffic jams and beautiful scenery and actual hills!
The main population of the area is elderlies. I enjoy the living condition, except for the mass amounts of schools causing prolong traffic. This city is far away from major restaurants and entertainments. This makes life very inconvenient for people that are unable to drive. It is very suitable for families, with their closed communities and community clubhouses. Most clubhouses come with a swimming pool and a kid friendly playground. There are many schools near by, so it is very safe for kids to walk home. The area is very peaceful due to the elderly majority. There is always a Walmart nearby for nice and affordable items.
