Spring Grove Township Reviews
Our local business are very unique and very few in numbers. A Gift to Gab is the most popular store in our town, in my opinion. It sells home decor, flowers, jewelry, scarves, purses, and homemade candles. We do not have any clothing stores in our town nor do we have any big companies stores (besides our gas stations). Another local gem is our very own Spring Grove Soda Pop! It is made and bottled at a small factory right in town and the owners are my neighbors. They now ship their soda pop to little shops all over the country. Our grocery store, Red's IGA, is also a popular spot. Since one of our neighboring towns recently lost their only grocery store, ours has been get a lot of business. It is known for its great meatballs and pork chops. We have a very unique and small town.
Most of the people in my town commute 30-45 minutes to work everyday because there are not many options locally. There are a lot of famers in my area so some people work on farms, but other than that there are not a lot of options. The teenagers work at our pool in the summer or at our gas station. Not a lot of options, but it comes with living in such a small town.
My town has two restaurants and three bars in it. There is no variety, but the food is good and it is fairly priced. There are not places to get late night meals in town and there are no options for dancing or clubbing.
