Sperry used to be a nice, tight knit community that was very rural/agricultural dominant. With more development from housing additions and school upgrades, the increased population and decreased open fields for hay and livestock, the crime in the town has gotten worse in the last five years. There's more wrecks, gun violence, drugs and theft. But those who live farther west of town, still in the "country," still get to enjoy some quieter streets, nicer neig
I have lived here all my life and I love it! Its a very small and quaint town. Everyone knows everybody! You do not have to travel far to find good food. And the school is great too!
It's a cute little drive-through town. Has a couple of good restaurants and a couple of commodities.
