Spanish Springs Reviews
Spanish Springs is a family town. Living in this suburb allows families the opportunity to live in a beautiful home with property large enough to store trailers and RV's and have enough room for a landscape allowing the children and the dogs to run free. There are numerous elementary, middle, and high schools that are embedded in the neighborhood allowing for easy drop-off and pick-up access.
The housing market is growing inviting lots of new families into the area! These houses are gorgeous! these homes come landscaped, with multiple car garages, yards, and space for large families, with numerous bathrooms and bedrooms!
The actual place where we live in Sparks, not a separate area as implied. upscale homes in this area, decent lot size for homes, every property is maintained beautifully. It feels very safe walking around at any time of the day and the crime is practically non-existent in this area. Maybe that is partly because so may police officers live in the Highlands area. Views are spectacular, and it is very quiet in the neighborhoods.
