For Northern Nevada and the Reno area, this is a great location. You can choose to do things in downtown if you want (about 20 min). The Wingfield Springs & Cimaron neighborhoods are nice- safe, parks, golf course, & Van Gorder school is one of the best. You will see people walking dogs and kids riding bikes. Close to shopping & food options. It is a great location for families. Tesla families will enjoy that it is only30 minutes to the Gigafactory. It is the 1st exit off Vista so minimal travel on the 80 in the traffic. If you are coming from CA the traffic will be nothing. I like not being around the casinos and the crime of downtown and south of town.
