Spanish Fort is a community that works together. The community looks out for each other. Kids still ride their bikes, people sit outside have cookout with neighbors. Recently, we had a hurricane that caused major devastation. Once Hurricane Sally went through, families rode around on their gold carts and just stopped at house to house and helped pick up debris. It was mom's, dad's, grandparents, and little kids. They smiled, offered help and water to everyone. It made me proud to be a part of a community that worked day after day with each other.
If there was anything to change it would be the road construction. The community is growing but it's hard when all roads have some type of construction.
Its's great to be a Spanish Fort Resident!!!! GO TOROS!
