Southington Township is a great little area to live in; it is about six miles wide by six miles long. Depending on which area of Southington you live, you can see the occasional Amish horse-and-buggy going by your house on the road. If you live on a main road in Southington, you will get a numerous amount of traffic zooming by your home, but if you live off a main road, expect little to no traffic. If you're looking to send children to the school, I would say beware because if you don't have a name known around all of Southington, then you're child will be ignored and practically overlooked for huge accomplishments.

Community is fairly nice, school district and athletics aren’t that well rounded as they use to be. Very small school so teachers and students are really close.
Southington does not have much to do. But everyone is super friendly and willing to give a helping hand if needed.
