In my opinion, I think that South Salt Lake is an excellent community to live in.
To begin, it is a very diverse city, full of people from various nationalities, ethnicities and cultures.
It is home to many nice boutique shops and restaurants, including the one and only Salt Lake City Chinatown.
There is a lot of redevelopment and revitalization occurring in this area, especially along State Street.

There are several businesses closed down and no new ones moving in right around where we live. It's been this way for over a year. There is also a lot of theft from car break-ins. The proximity to activities and adventures is amazing, there just needs to be a few changes.
I have loved living in South Salt Lake. I feel as though the people who are around us are kind and great to live near! Of course, like in all areas, there are some areas that aren't the greatest, but some of the neighborhood are the best you will find!
