This place is awesome, schools in Cuyahoga county without Cuyahoga taxes. No diversity at all and city counsel needs replaced badly... other than that no complaints. The police high five the kids on the way into school, the teachers reach out to parents and create regular dialog. The park is great and hopefully they are building a playground soon. Move here, you will be happy.

This is an excellent place to live if you want a peaceful, quiet, friendly community. Access to downtown chagrin falls and many parks. Far away enough from the urban sprawl, close enough if you want to do the Cleveland thing.
This community is extremely family and pet oriented. Our down town is always filled with tourists and families just walking around enjoying a Starbucks drink, or an ice cream cone. You will always see dogs on leashes beside their owners. In my high school, we have this tradition where on the last day of school, all of the seniors get in groups based on how long they have lived in Chagrin Falls, and how many years they have attended school here. Each group then walks out in front of the remaining student body and the largest group is always the last group to walk through, called the "lifers" which means that the largest portion of students graduating from the high school have lived there their whole lives. Its a really unique and fascinating tradition that my school did.
