Lots of food options and recreational activities! Plenty of family friendly events are held multiple times throughout the year, and I've always felt comfortable and safe in my neighborhood. Traffic circles have been popping up the last couple of years which makes commute times much nicer. Only complaint is that the nightlife around here is pretty dead.

Great town with great schools and low crime. All around an amazing place to live, although there isn't very much to do within the community. It's a commuter town at heart, but this is very much changing with the high amount of development going on. Since it's in Northern Virginia it's also not too far from many regional attractions.
The community is so nice. HOA is very involved in activities. They provide many opportunities for people to get to know each other and be involved in the community. There are many amenities provided and they are also very well maintained. New commercial areas are being established that will make the community more accessible to everyone. Overall very nice and new neighborhood.
