South Palm Beach Reviews

I moved to S Palm last year after living in Ft Lauderdale for many years. The area feels very safe and the people are friendly. There are many places to dine and I love the new Publix grocery store at the corner of Ocean and Lantana. Overall, I’d give S Palm Beach an A+!

Endless Ocean and Sky, whether you live on the beach or a few steps away on the intracoastal. Between Palm Beach and Delray for entertainment, the serene walks, swims, and bike rides during the daytime fill out the day in your time off. Close to the airport and many fine restaurants the sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed!
I have lived on South Palm Beach since 2008. What makes this quiet little beach town of 5/8 mile on A1A special, is it's location. Each condo either fronts the intracoastal or the Atlantic Ocean. It is situation between 2 public beaches (Lantana and Lake Worth), several on the beach eateries (Dune Deck Cafe and Benny's on the Beach), and two 5 Star Hotels (EAU Palm Beach and 4 Seasons Hotels). It is also walking distance to many restaurants and a shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket. Only negative is beach erosion. Although there is a restoration plan, it is taking a log time to finalize. Overall in SPB you are basically living in a place where people want to vacation.
