At the moment, the Mario Cuomo bridge is being constructed right next to my neighborhood. This has decreased property values and is very noisy. However, once the construction is completed the area will be a lot more developed and have a lot more foot traffic so I think this will increase the property values a lot in the future.

Located right off the Western side of the new Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, South Nyack is a quaint section of the town of Nyack that offers quiet living in a diverse neighborhood. Depending on where you live, the walk into town, which has a variety of bars and restaurants, is <5 minutes. In terms of commute, whether you work in New Jersey, Westchester, or New York City, Nyack is a stone's throw from each. It is a great, quiet place to raise a family and a place I plan on staying in for the long term.
Great Town - looking forward to this summer sailing at Nyack Yatch Club
Recently enjoyed the Spring Annual Street Fair
It’s a great walkable town with interesting shops and a good selection of dinning locations from True Foods to French Cousine and every thing else in between - town has preserved the colorful and majestic colonial and Victorian homes - it’s a view of the past and glad to be able to be part of it
