South Hill is a wonderful community that is friendly and clean and enjoyable to be around. Walking through the neighborhood is comfortable and we just recently had local garage sale weekend. I regularly see families working on their homes, walking kids to school, and playing sports at the local parks. South Hill is close to necessary shopping, movie theater, and dining. Traffic is sometimes too packed along Meridian, but that's to be expected with the number of people who commute in and out of South Hill each day towards Tacoma, Olympia, Puyallup and Seattle.

They have bad curfew, a lot of police and sheriff's to patrol the area at night and day. They're many places to eat such as, sonic, red robin, burger king, and taco bell. They keep the streets somewhat clean. I've heard people stealing people's cars, so my mom now has security cameras for our safety. And overall south hill is pretty calm and fun.
This neighborhood is the best! friendly neighbors and no disturbances. There's an elementary school right behind my house which is convenient to many families with or without children. Passerby are always cautious when driving and I know of little to none crime occurrences. Everything is few minutes away and although the traffic can get pretty crazy on the main street it is very tolerable.
