I like the rural feel of the area, yet it is close to everywhere, easily accessible. I do, however have a concern that it is rapidly becoming populated. Many fields and farms are being razed for new housing. I think the growth rate is too fast and taking away our cozy, comfy town.

It is a generally quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is a gated community and there are night guards on duty. I would live here again if given the opportunity. Compared to other places, it may not be ideal, but it is great for a family of 2 or 3. I see this area growing in population.
There's everything from small businesses to larger national companies, I would say there are more of the locally owned shops. There's a wide spanning variety of them as well.
