I like living in Somerville as it is a very active and inclusive community. The restaurants around town are very good and sometimes family-owned which is nice. Overall, the residents are from various ethnic backgrounds and many different walks of life so you can run into someone from anywhere!

Somerville is an affordable, safe and unique suburb just minutes outside of Boston. It is easy to access the city and Cambridge via the redline for an easy commute or a fun day of city activities. It also has plenty to do! Great shops, restaurants, and activities (Legoland, Somerville Theatre and so much more). The suburb is bike friendly with most streets having bike lanes and a convenient bike/pedestrian path connecting Somerville to Arlington. Great area to raise families, meet friends or simply stay under the radar!
Somerville is a safe, vibrant, healthy, and walkable community. It's perfect for young professionals, students, and families alike. There are a variety of restaurants to try and bars to frequent. There are walking/bike paths to a nearby land reservation. Public transportation is easily accessible as is the highway if you commute out of the city for work. There is something for everyone in Somerville and I feel very lucky to live here!
