Fantastic small town! Very interesting and cool. Lots of history between First Street to the historic preserved neighborhoods. Very pretty, lots of outdoorsy activities to do.

I have owned two homes in Snohomish and lived here for a total of 5 years. I moved here in my mid twenties and enjoyed the dive-bar scene. Now I'm in my early thirties and enjoying my quiet neighborhood, the Centennial Trail, lots of local breweries, and the small-town vibe with lots of buzz and high-energy. There is a Farmers Market from May to September, lots of great churches (The Pursuit is awesome!), a great local nursery, wonderful library, and endless fun shops and restaurants downtown. I love living here. I walk everywhere and always feel safe. I would definitely recommend living in Snohomish.
Snohomish is a small retirement town with a lot of natural beauty. People are very nice and down to earth here. Crime is very low compared to nearby cities, and the schools are great. The only improvement I could ask for would be more small businesses that could support slightly higher wages than the typical fast-food jobs that are available.
