I have lived in the Snellville area for the last 16 years of my life. I have found it to be both friendly and rewarding. It is small town living with the lights and glamour of "Big City Life". Snellville provides small communities that offer personalize feeling within the various school clusters. Some of the top athletics in basketball, baseball and football are currently or have played on the Professional level, have come from this area. Snellville, particularly Gwinnett County has a very competitive little league program which helps development kids in those sports arenas. The school system is need of some much needed personalized attention. The county school board is beginning to make some much needed changes, for instance voting in some members who are younger and have new fresh ideas concerning the current needs of the schools and its students. We are a very diverse community and our leadership should mirror that diversity.

Great area, neighborhoods have almost a suburb feel. Also the city is great, its a thriving Big Box environment vibe rather than a city with huge sky rises and modern complexes all over, so not much traffic and great access to any stores or restaurants you would desire. Great and everything you would like out of a city! Snellville is beautiful!
I have live in Snellville for 3 years. My wife and I along with our 3 kids absolutely enjoy the festive farmers markets hosted every month at the town square. We love and appreciate the great education my oldest daughter is receiving from the local elementary school, Britt Elementary. The local 1st Baptist Church also provides a wonderful pre-kindergarten program, which our other daughter is enrolled in. The local eateries provide a great southern appeal with great customer service but also cater to international pallets. The local police and fire department is always looking to assist the community as often as possible. Snellville is a city where I can see my family and I residing for decades to come.
