Smithville is a small town that most people laugh at when they hear it's name. There are well respected and honest hard working people in this town. The town of Smithville is mainly country people that get up before the sun does and works till it goes down. Granted there are some in the town like most towns that are not so honest or hard working. From the hospitality to the just down right good cooking, Smithville,Tn is a good town to live in.

Crimes occurring are one of the least worried about topics of my community. Yes, however we do have a few problems every now and then; the police and emergency personal are always on scene when needed.
I love the size of the town but I would love to see more job opportunities in this town. I also would love more restaurants and activities for the kids.
