Small town with easy commute to Atlantic City and Philadelphia. Diverse population. Very friendly town where every one knows most of the other residents.

There are several parks just minutes away including play grounds, volleyball courts, community pools, lakes, tennis courts, and even a wildlife refuge less than a ten minute drive away. The air feels clean and breathable while all attractions are well-maintained.
Due to the new upgrade in the neighborhood surveillance, I feel safer walking back to the house at night after a day at work. Majority of neighbors are familiar enough to walk without paranoia during late hours, although more street/sidewalk lighting would help with vision and lessen any tension.
