Sioux Falls Reviews
Review Sioux Falls
I have lived in Sioux Falls all my life and this city keeps getting better and better. My childhood is filled with fond memories of parks, pools, bike trails, and many fun things to do. The people here are always so kind and hospitable. Our downtown area has become a staple of our economy and culture, and has helped us establish a great community of art, music, shops, and entrepreneurship. We have great natural beauty to discover with Falls Park, the bike trail, our Outdoor Campus, and many other great parts of nature. The economy continues to grow making it an incredible place to live and raise a family. Schools are abundant in the area and are filled with great teachers who love their students. There isn't really a bad thing I can say about Sioux Falls, maybe other than the winter gets a little chilly. I truly do love it here!
Sioux Falls is more than just your average college town. It has the big city feel with the small Midwest town morals. With more restaurants per capita, coffee shops every other block, and area attractions like the zoo, the Falls, and downtown, there is plenty of stuff to do while bonding with roommates! The colleges here are small so the professors know you by name and take a real interest in your life beyond college.
People drive like crazy and it is easy to create problems when it comes to all the "one way" streets, but it is possible to get the hang of it. There is a variety of places to eat and socialize, as well as relaxing coffee shops (which are my favorite). Many activities for younger ages as well as adults. Even for the freshly new adults there are bars with 18 year old nights where you can go and dance the night away! Lots of fun and exciting adventures to go on in Sioux Falls, friendly community, and variety of stores to go to!
