I see business growing especially for small business owners. The overall neighborhood has has some businesses renovated sidewalks added to have access to the parks. They have also added bike lanes for bikers in some areas. It would be s great neighborhood to raise children and enjoy outside life.

THERE ARE MAJOR CORPORATIONS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI, AND PEOPLE ARE OFTEN RE-LOCATED HERE FOR CAREERS. IT IS VERY HELPFUL TO "KNOW SOMEONE" IN THIS AREA WHEN IT COMES TO EMPLOYMENT.
Mostly older people live in the area so there are not a lot of children. barely any crime almost never see anything happen in the are. New home should be there soon in the are where the school used to be. The school has also improved on education and appearance as well.
