Very nice close-knit community. The festivals and seasonal parades are great! The elementary school is very safe. Barely any crime and the police department cares about the residents. What's great is you are not in the city, but near it if you want those big-city opportunities.

Silverhill is a beautiful place with nice scenery and friendly atmosphere. What I love most about this town are their lighting decorations for Christmas every year. They always go all out that season and it's wonderful to drive through the town at night where you can see the lighting arrangements.
Safe, friendly, quiet community. Policemen escort children across the street after school. Streets are lined with large, old, live oaks. Lot of history can be traced back to the original settlers. No doctors, dentists, or other healthcare offered. Centrally located in relation to Fairhope, Summerdale, Robertsdale, and Loxley. Beautiful white Sandy Beaches less than 30 minutes away.
