I've lived in the Snohomish area for as long as I can remember and I cannot think of a better area to grow up in! I live right by the park so in the summer it's fun to spend time outdoors and the outdoor movies are always wonderful. The school district is simply one of the best--the teachers and students are incredibly nice and supportive. The only drawback is that because Snohomish is so small, there aren't many things to do. People in Seattle, Bellevue, or other large cities can walk to town or the mall, but in Snohomish we usually just drive to Everett or Woodinville. However, being in such a rural area does mean we are relatively safe.
I absolutely love living in the pacific north west. The scenery is the best part of living here and how we get to experience all four season!
It is a very diverse and mainly upper middle class neighbourhood. The only complaint I have is that many of the children growing up believe that they are entitled to many things, because they grew up in a richer area where they did get what they want.
