Close knit community. The buildings/shops need work, repair and effort. A lot of them are closing down and sitting, which brings a "gloomy" feel into the town. The schools and family/friends network in the area is the shining aspect of the town.

Some good and memorable restaurants. Also, hosts the grape festival every year. Wine vineyards.
There aren't very many businesses, Silver Creek is a very small town. The businesses that they do have are usually over priced and not well maintained.
