I have grown up in Sheffield and can say that I have had a good experience. It is very safe, close to I-90, and overall a good place to grow up. However, there are barely an sidewalks, which means driving everywhere, and there is not very much to do. There are a lot of things to do in neighboring communities, like Avon.
The area in which I live is safe, beautiful and flourishing. The general atmosphere is comfortable and calming. I would choose to live here again for sure. The people are wonderful and the environments in which you would most certainly find yourself in are comfortable and safe.
I personally feel quite safe and feel as though the law enforcement in this area is doing a wonderful job.
