Sharon Springs Reviews
I love the small town feel! Very close knit community! You can always find a helping hand! Small school with very good student to teacher ratio. Booming downtown businesses are up and coming as well!
Most of the residence in this area are individuals who were born and raised here. The community is supportive of each other and everyone interacts with each other. Most of the time if someone moves away they end up returning eventually. Pets are encouraged by almost everyone, when I moved from my parents I was told by everyone that I would be okay as long as I had a cat or dog, and the town is full of large families most having 3 or more children. In recent years the amount of events within the community has greatly increased.
Rarely do you see an officer in the area and when you do it's more than likely because someone called about a snowmobile on the sidewalk or someone speeding down the road. We don't see much crime in this area. Although vandalism continues to be an issue due to the excessive amount of abandoned buildings I hope that this will soon change due to the renovation and reconstruction of these buildings. The roads and sidewalks are a bit rough but I do not see them as being a danger to the community.
