I would say that people should invest in Sharon Hill and Lansdowne before the prices of homes increase. It seems that these areas are becoming revitalized. The school district seems to have been improving over the last few year. Additionally, these locations are a short commute to the heart of Philly by train and living here is quite affordable. I enjoy living in an area which has diversity. I also love living on a safe street within the community in which all my neighbors care about the well-being of others. This is a rare treasure in today's world. I would honestly recommend living here to individuals who are hardworking and who would like an affordable place to live. I am so lucky to live within 15 min. drive/train ride from Philly at such an affordable price!

Sharon Hill is an okay town to live in. Its public schools aren't good at all, I wouldn't send my child to them. Not really much of a nightlife either. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, Sharon Hill is your town!
Great neighborhood. I love it here! The people are friendly and it is very diverse. It is a low crime area with an overall peaceful environment.
