Seminole is your typical upper-middle class neighborhood where you can go running at night or take your kids down to the park without having to worry about being mugged or attacked, which is nice. The people are so friendly and maybe that's because Pinellas county hold the most old people in the entire state!

Seminole is a clean, pretty city. Brand new outdoor mall complex (Seminole Mall) with lots of restaurants, shopping & movie theatre. Several beautiful parks. The Pinellas trail runs through the city (north-south) for great biking. Very close to the beaches. Good schools. Nice people. A Rec center, library and the newest branch of St Pete College - everything fairly new and just the right size. Lots of community activities too.
The city of seminole match all the requirement for a lovely city to live in. It offers the possibility of having a friendly community, like the church where I use to go. It offer many shop of all category, from groceries to many gas station. Seminole is an affordable city, find a shop with great prices is easy. Concerning the public education, the implantation of St Petersburg college is a great opportunity for all students that want to find an affordable education. Also the Seminole community library of seminole is another example that show the great cultural aspect of this city. Seminole also gives us a great approach with nature. The best example to this is the walsingham Park ; nature is predominant in seminole and chose to move in this as been a great decision, that i don't and won't regret.
