Seguin is a small Texas town outside of San Antonio. Seguin holds about one thousand people in its small community, it is also easy affordable if one cannot live in a big city like San Antonio or Dallas. From catholic to public schools this suburb offers parents a great choice of where to send their children to school. Seguin is also filled with fun opportunities to take their children, in Seguin their is ZDT'S Amusement park, Starcke Park, and Pin Twist bowling lane. The environment itself could use a change. For example, I think the roads could be a little more refurnished so that a drivers tires will not have to be constantly replaced every six to eleven months. Other than this troubling situation, Seguin is a wonderful place to live, it offers great opportunities whether if it is school or church based. This little town holds many close relationships that people keep dear to them, and with that holds a great community.

There are pros and cons of Seguin. I like that it is small and people are nice to each other, but there isn´t anything to do here. I would like to see more places being brought to Seguin. For example, a shopping center would be nice. We wouldn´t have to drive 30 to 45 minutes to buy some decent clothing. I have heard many people complain that there isn´t anything to do here, we have to waste our gas to go do something fun.
Seguin is apowerhouse in today's economy. It has a college community as well as its local community. It strives to provide many attractions to its communities allowing both academic and locals to mingle and grow as a diverse community. New additions include an incredibly beautiful eco friendly library, a local brewery, new nightclubs that nestle in quite comfortably with the favorite local ones, giving the entire community more diverse choices. New additions and projects include coffee shops, antique malls, a new high school, new local groceries store, new skate parks, new community park, locally owned amusement park with one of the worlds tallest wooden roller coaster, new hospital and new multi million dollar businesses creating 1000's of jobs for the people of Seguin as well as making Seguin a great place to relocate too.
What I would like to see come to Seguin would be some sort of water park that would incorporate our beautiful Guadalupe River.
