Seguin is a very spacious but close knit city. Everybody knows everybody locally. plenty of events are hosted around town. there is close access to San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. Plenty of real-estate is coming to town, as the city grows in population new neighborhoods are bing built. Great place to grow up!

I was born and raised in Seguin TX. My family lived in a two bedroom one bathroom home with about 6 people up until I was 3 years old. A few words I would describe the people of Seguin would be they have loyalty towards each other, they're very caring and family and friends are the most important thing. Seguin isn't a town that's known for having lots of money or stores. The houses here can range from a dream home to a happy home in which a roof over your head is all that matters. If you were to drive towards the low class neighborhoods of Seguin TX, you would see family and friends gathered outside cooking up a barbecue while enjoying life. The people here show lots of gratefulness and have a lot of faith in life. Although there isn't much to do regarding shopping and all what matters the most here is having gratefulness for waking up to a new day.
Seguin is a small Texas town outside of San Antonio. Seguin holds about one thousand people in its small community, it is also easy affordable if one cannot live in a big city like San Antonio or Dallas. From catholic to public schools this suburb offers parents a great choice of where to send their children to school. Seguin is also filled with fun opportunities to take their children, in Seguin their is ZDT'S Amusement park, Starcke Park, and Pin Twist bowling lane. The environment itself could use a change. For example, I think the roads could be a little more refurnished so that a drivers tires will not have to be constantly replaced every six to eleven months. Other than this troubling situation, Seguin is a wonderful place to live, it offers great opportunities whether if it is school or church based. This little town holds many close relationships that people keep dear to them, and with that holds a great community.
