Current Resident: Beautiful neighborhood located un sunny central Florida which the Orlando International Aiport just 5 miles away. Great schools I. The surrounding areas as well as just a couple miles away from colleges and universities as well as great technical schools. Community involvement is exceptional all the way from the homeowners association, to the community events such as movie nights and Easter egg hunts, to the great neighbors always willing to lend a hand.

Current Resident: There really is no other area like Nocatee in North Florida (or much of the country). With all of the open green space, walking paths, pools, parks, athletic fields/amenities, community events, A+ rated schools, friendly families, low crime, and beautiful new homes it's very special and can't be beat. Restaurants and closeby shopping is improving as the area grows. Truly a piece of heaven and blessed to live here!

Current Resident: I love Boca Raton, and at the age of 55, I had decided to uproot my previous domicile and 5th Ave South business in the much less culturally diverse and less dynamic city of Naples, FL after 14 years. Boca boasts an upscale environment, world-class cultural offerings, excellent dining and shopping, numerous parks, nature viewing and greenspace, in addition to miles of clean, beautiful, non-commercialized beaches. The few downsides of living in Boca Raton are that the crime rate is escalating, property taxes and auto insurance are high, and there is an obvious presence of homeless people who hunker down at night at the public parks and beaches. Another concern is that downtown Boca has lost much of it's quaint and elegant architectural charm with the recent explosion of massive, ominous highrise condos and apartment buildings, thanks to the underhanded actions and greed of it's politicians. Nonetheless, Boca Raton is still very beautiful, and my number one choice of places to live!

Current Resident: I lived in Chuluota all of my life and I can call it as my home. There are many job opportunities available and more to come due to lots of construction being done in the area. I love this area because it is a family-friendly environment good to raise a family. I want to contribute to the city of Chuluota by being an active member in the community. I can see many changes being made in the community such as industrialization. Current Resident: Oviedo is a suburb of Orlando and very close to UCF. The drive to the University takes about 20 minutes on a bad day. It is a growing area, with a lot of nice apartments being built. The majority of the homes are large single-family homes, but in some of the smaller neighborhoods, there are starter homes that people are more than willing to rent.

Being close to UCF provides us with everything we can think of to want, and even things we didn't know we wanted! There are restaurants that cater to every type of taste and offer every type of cuisine. There are nice parks to rest and recharge or even study under the trees. It is about an hour and a half from Daytona and the sandy beaches of the Atlantic, or if you prefer, go the other way and you have the beautiful gentle beaches of the Gulf. There's always something to do around this beautiful area, you won't be sorry you came here!

Current Resident: Wonderful and safe area to live, but very strict on certain rules that don't really matter. There is plenty to do around Heathrow, such as the movie theater and eateries located in the plaza outside the main gates. Heathrow is also very close in proximity to downtown Sanford which offers sight seeing and great food.

Current Resident: I first knew of Lake Mary when I came to visit my husband's family. I found it to be a very clean, community oriented city.

After a few years, I have had the opportunity to be both a Lake Mary resident and employee of a well-known company. Lake Mary is a great place to raise a family. There are many extracurricular activities both here and it's proximity to Orlando.

I enjoy my city of Lake Mary. Come visit sometime!

My town has great shopping both here and it's neighboring town, Sanford. Eateries are very popular and as a suburb of Orlando, FL, it's easy to access the big city benefits as well. Recently the Sunrail service can take you right from downtown Lake Mary into the heart of Orlando for a nominal fee.

There are rarely safety concerns so parents need not worry about the wellbeing of their children. However, for adolescents or young adults, Winter Park may be too limited. For those seeking a more diverse area that challenges the more mature mind, Winter Park may not be the place to become a more knowledgable or well-rounded member of society.

Current Resident: I love Wekiwa Springs! The schools are wonderful, the neighborhoods are great peaceful, quiet and safe area. Everything is relatively close within a 20-30 minutes range. Wekiva island is a really cute marine bar on the Wekiva river that allows small parties, business events, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. I have lived here my whole life and don’t plan on moving any time soon.
