Current Resident: Paradise Valley is a relatively ambiguous and diverse suburb in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area- there is a vast array of people who live here, from the wealthiest of Arizona, to the industrial workers. Overall, living in Paradise Valley never fails to excite me, there is always a nice restaurant to go out with friends with, or a shopping mall nearby to go visit. Current Resident: I love Oro Valley. It is a wonderful place to live and raise a family! My son and daughter have both attended elementary through high school and been very involved in extra curricular activities, community art internship, music programs, and JROTC! Current Resident: One thing I love about Florence, Arizona is the small-town feel it has. People are friendly, and there are many places in this town where you will see familiar faces. I know all of my neighbors and they are very kind people. I see them walking their dogs outside and they say hello. Often, I walk my dog or ride my bike, and they stop me to have a conversation. I go to the grocery store and recognize the cashiers and the patrons. In Florence, we have a local Sprout's farmers market and I love spending my time there. I would like to see more diversity in this town. It is majority white, and I would feel much more comfortable and connected if there were more people belonging to marginalized identities here.... Current Resident: San Luis Az is pretty safe and peaceful, however over the years the growing population has outgrown this little town. Each year you see more people, more cars and of course, traffic...we have ONE pretty small border, so that contributes to the traffic. San luis has so much potential to be something like Calexico with shopping malls and various stores, hotels, theaters, not just a single walmart. I hope investors can see this in the future. But I also believe we are going in the right direction with new houses being built everyday, a medical mall, two brand new gyms, and there are plans for new parks. There is hope! We just have to wait. Overall, I enjoy my life here, boring at times and the weather does not help, but i would never change it for anything else, the peacefulness of this town is remarkable!...
