City in Texas
Current Resident: I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I moved to Arlington before the start of sixth grade and I've lived here ever since. The City of Arlington is very close to Mansfield and Grandpraire which is really great for Arlington residents. Arlington is known for homing AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, and Texas Live. Arlington is a growing city and an excellent place for people looking to settle down and start a family! Arlington receives only four stars because there aren't any fun activities for kids and teens. The city could also do more to engage with the community and foster a positive atmosphere. Even though I live in Arlington I attend school in the Mansfield district, which is really great. Comparing the two districts Arlington needs to step up their game. Overall, The City of Arlington is very affordable and the social life is really great.... Read 1,117 reviews

Current Resident: Living here is fantastic. The lovely, safe neighborhoods and friendly people make every day enjoyable. Everything I need is nearby, from stores to green spaces, and this makes life simpler. There are not many things that I would change, but I believe it would be great if some improvements were implemented in the cultural and arts scene. I would love to see more cultural events, art galleries, or even concerts! All of those things would make Euless a more vibrant and appealing place to live.... Read 224 reviews

Current Resident: After living in three different cities, Dallas has been my absolute favorite. It is incredibly family-oriented, with wonderful and safe neighborhoods in the area. It has an incredible education system and opportunities for all types of students. Dallas is an incredibly convenient city, with access to everything one might imagine, and is the perfect size. Dallas is proliferating, and traffic has been ramping up over the eight years I have lived here. Regardless, it is one of my favorite cities in the US!... Read 1,367 reviews

Current Resident: Fort Worth Is a great city! Friendly and spontaneous, there's always something new! It has the thrill of the big city with the safety and coziness of small hometown. From the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and Botanical Gardens to the #1 zoo in the country, quality experiences are everywhere. The temperature gets high, but luckily, the Water Gardens are public and open in the summer. Another summer highlight? The Stockyards are impossible to miss, a tradition that gathers spectators from over 5 continents yearly. More of a science person? Check out the Perot in downtown DFW, or the Natural History museum. A music lover? How about the Cliburn Nationals or the Ft. Worth Symphony's Summerside concerts? For the theater kids, Bass Hall is a must-see, and for the art enthusiasts... there's The Modern, The Kimbell, The Sid Richardson, The Amon Carter, and more! Fort Worth is a place bursting with creativity, and you'll love it here. You just might not know it yet.... Read 2,487 reviews

Current Resident: We have lived in Town Creek for 45 years. The homes are gorgeous, the neighbors are professionals and active in supporting activities such as the annual Halloween carnival, holiday door and house decorating contests and The Homeowners Association. Niche User: I have lived in this area for almost 4 years now. I used to live here when I lived with my parents and in 2014 I moved into an apartment by myself. I love the area. I'm super close to pretty much everything you can think of: great restaurants and fast food if I'm ever working late. I've literally got about 10 different places to choose to eat that wouldn't take me longer than 10 minutes to get to. There are 3 malls close to where I live. There are also plenty of theatres to choose. I feel like the overall quality of activities to do in the area are great to choose from. I know that they are planning on renovating the Willowbend mall and I can see that really improving the quality of night life in the area. I've also heard rumors that Plano is building it's a wine tasting bar, which sounds like fun!... Read 25 reviews

Current Resident: I love that the city is constantly growing! There is always something new being built. The city is extremely safe, and the police station is conveniently located near the majority of the newer, attractive parts of the city. The city is covered in favorites like IKEA and Raising Cane's, but it also maintains its 'homey' feel with local dine-in restaurants including Ton's Mongolian Grill and Jake's Burgers! Current Resident: Edgecliff Village is a small community in Tarrant County that is established and yet still developing. Although there are many older homes, new ones are currently being built, along with new schools developing in the area. The location is convenient because it provides access to many freeways. As far as diversity; Edgecliff is constantly growing and has become more of a melting pot where you are guaranteed to see all ethnicities throughout the neighborhoods. It is also likely to find a wide range of ages living in the homes. There are small trails people can walk to maintain an active lifestyle, as well as a community pool and playground for leisure. Due to the pandemic there are a lot of businesses hiring right now which means it is relatively easy to find a job depending on what a candidate may be looking for. Edgecliff Village was recently rated on Fox 4 news as one of the safest neighborhoods in all of Texas; I think that says a lot about the area, I have lived here over 20 years!... Read 3 reviews
