Current Resident: I love the downtown area where it has so many diverse places to explore! I live next to a shopping center a few blocks down which is really convent for taking public transportation. The weekends sometimes gets crowded but that all the more people to meet and socializing. It is a textile city, so hence lots of small clothing shops all around the city. Current Resident: One of the many things I liked about North Charleston and the zones around it, is that they are known as some biggest historical regions in the US. If you go to any of the places within the United States you have to go to only certain locations to see the history that was within the land. Many states often tear them down or move them to other locations where they're not very much in public ares so they can push on plans for businesses. However, in North Charleston, You can find history pretty much anywhere you go, as it's always going to be something from back then that has a connection to where it is now. I'm not just saying in terms of development and technology as you can see the prime culture of what it was like for those who lived here probably even centuries ago to where it is now. Many can see it as a spot of relaxation, understanding of history, understanding how the importance of this land and many of the events from its past has effected the country that we live....
