Current Resident: My neighborhood Winter Park Pines is beautiful and so safe. We are surrounded by great neighbors and so much stuff to do. Everything is within a 10 minute drive and very easy to find. Our neighborhood also has an entire athletic park right around the corner including football field, soccer field, baseball and softball fields, swimming pool, a whole gym, and a track area. There is also a walking/biking path in our neighborhood too that leads right to our friends apartments in Baldwin Park! I don’t have enough good things to say about our neighborhood.... Current Resident: The people in this area are very friendly and there is tons to do in the area being that it is close to tourist spots (Disney, universal, etc). This also gives us bad drivers, but more diversity and exciting people to meet. Our roads are nice, the area is clean, and also safe. The schools are pretty good and new housing developments are pretty common. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities. It’s is very family friendly and people like to spend lots of time outside going on run/walks or with their kids. We also have lots of nice vegetation in the area. Schools are very good in the area and are also relatively close. School buses and crossing guards are on majors streets like Hoffner ave and Conway ave. There are many community centers around the area and they all have socials to include everyone in the neighborhoods.
