  1. #4 Best Places to Retire in Utah.

    Kanab

    Town in Utah,

14 Niche users give it an average review of 4.1 stars.

Featured Review: Current Resident says Kanab is such a beautiful place to live. With the red hills, there is so much you can go out and do. You can go hiking, four-wheeler riding, or just drive around and enjoy the scenery. Kanab is very family-friendly but is also used as a retirement place as well. You can raise your kids here and have them live close to grandma and/or grandpa. It is safe to walk the streets even at night. You can let your kids hang out with friends and not worry about them getting into too much trouble or losing their way. All the businesses in town are kind and polite too. Which makes this a wonderful place to live and have friendly neighbors. If you need something just call a business and they will be happy to... Kanab is so friendly and has such a great view. It is also close to most of the National Parks in Utah. There is very little reason to ever leave, but a great many reasons to move in and stay..
